Brendan Forrest & Friends recently graced the stage at the Dancing In The Streets Festival in Chicago, IL. On August 6th, this incredibly talented group delivered a performance that left the audience in awe. Brendan Forrest, a distinguished singer, songwriter, and musician, along with his friends, enchanted the crowd with their soulful melodies and rhythmic beats. Their music added a unique and soul-stirring dimension to the festival's eclectic lineup.
The organizers strategically scheduled it to fall between Grateful Dead guitarist Jerry Garcia's birthday on August 1st and the anniversary of his passing on August 9th, affectionately known as the "Days Between." This alignment held special meaning for devoted fans of the iconic guitarist. And, in a nod to the Grateful Dead, the event was named after their version of a Motown classic.
